Late 40's Stromberg Master 400 Light Sunburst

Jimmy D’Aquisto said he once worked on this guitar. We believe the neck was replaced by Jimmy. This guitar used to be part of the Louie Catello Collection and now the Johnson Collection. There’s a lot of history behind this guitar. Not fully original, but it is a Stromberg Master 400. A really “cool” looking guitar, too. Perfect for the jazz orchestra or a Country Western guitarist. Looks great on stage and has that big Stromberg Sound. These are the Boston orchestral guitars made famous by Freddie Green, Hank Garland, and Barry Galbraith.
